BA in Architecture, FAUL. PhD in Architectural Rehabilitation from ETSA at UC. Lecturer since 1997 in the areas of Project, Theory and History of Architecture, is an assistant professor at the ULP. He founded “Architects Without Borders Portugal”, organisation that presides and is vice-chair of “Architecture Sans Frontières International”. She was delegated from Portugal do Cyted – “Rural Housing and Quality of life in rural settlements”. Collaborated with several workshops in Lisbon and Macau.

Areas of Interest: Heritage Cooperation for development.
